What is the climate action plan at Paris conference COP21?

There is unanimous recognition of the threat.US has offered a 26-28% cut in green house gas emissions from 2005 levels by 2025,EU promises 40% cut by 2030,China says it will taper off after 2030,India has promised to lower emission by 33-35% of GDP from 2005 levels in 2030.Focus of conference will be on transparent reporting. Costs must be globally distributed will be insisted upon in Paris.

What are Red Blood Cells?

Red blood cells(erythrocytes) are biconcave discs. They have no nucleus. Their diameter is about 7 micrometers.Their main function is gas transport mainly oxygen. They also carry some carbon dioxide. The biconcavity increases their surface area for gas exchange. The thin central portion allows fast entry and exit of gases. The cells are flexible so they can squeeze through narrow capillaries. They contain no intracellular organelles thereby giving more room for haemoglobin (the large pigmented protein responsible for gas transport).

Why taking lunch is necessary?

If you are working and don't take lunch in afternoon you can land in danger. Most working people think lunch time is a waste of time.According to doctors, not taking lunch on time increases weakness and it also affects mental health. If you don't take lunch you feel hungry and your body uses up stored energy. Therefore you feel lazy and you make mistakes when you work. When you don't take lunch disease risk increases. You eat junk food thus bringing diabetes, heart diseases ,infection(absence of nutrition) near you. 1 out of 3 working people do not take lunch.40% people eat chips while deskwork.

Terrorism and Paris

The terrorist attacks in Paris were horrific.
That an attack of such scale and ferocity could be mounted in Paris is shameful.Neither has France been very successful in integrating its Arabs and African Muslim population, who face problems of discrimination and unemployment. France tops the list of European countries whose citizens fight for IS.President Francois Holland's has proclaimed "pitiless" war against those responsible. But France must be careful not to lose sight of its basic democratic values in the process.Europe is facing the same problem as India.PM Modi has been crying from rooftops about coordinated international response to terrorism.

Facebook's Dislike button in the form of emojis...

Facebook has finally unveiled its solution to peoples calls for a dislike button in the form of six new emoji, each representing their own feeling.
Mark Zuckerberg hinted last month that his site was looking to expand the Like button, making a way for people to communicate that they were upset by news. And the site is now rolling out its solution in the form of emojis that represent Love, Haha, Yay, Wow, Sad and Angry.
Since Dislike could be used for bullying and might make users feel bad, the site was exploring ways for people to communicate that they were upset without being explicitly negative.
Facebooks way of doing that seems to be a series of expressive reactions, rather than exactly replicating the Like button. That button is still available, but the new buttons sit alongside the regular thumbs up as extra options. As with the Like button,
users will be able to see who reacted and how.

Why do women live longer than men?

The average age of women is more than men.
According to studies,in the history of human beings, the average age of woman is 5% more than men. But why?
It was thought that men are subject to difficult situations, more work that is why men die earlier. But,today difference between men, women is disappearing,so the difference in age of a man and a woman should have also decreased, but statistics show that this is wrong.
According to research, now it is thought that the difference lies in the genetic structure of men and women.
Men have XY chromosome in their cell and women have XX chromosome. It means that women have an extra copy of each gene in their cells. Therefore, if something goes wrong in any gene, there is a spare for it.Men do not have this.
One other reason for this is that women heartbeat increases in second phase of periods(menses). This is like an exercise and because of this risk of heart diseases decreases.
But the most important reason is hormone.
Men have testosterone hormone because of which their muscles are strong, their voice is different and they have moustaches.
Because of testosterone, their body during youth is strong, but with age their breakdown starts earlier too and is responsible for heart diseases. Whereas women have estrogen hormone, estrogen has the property of antioxidant, which stops old age problems.
Why has nature done this injustice? Scientists say, that men's role is limited till women's pregnancy, after that women's role comes in.It is the woman who brings up a child and looks after the child. Therefore, woman's life is longer.

Comparison of OSI and TCP/IP model

Both are based on the concept of a stack of independent protocols. Also, the functionality of layers is roughly similar.
3 concepts are central to OSI model:

1.Services-performs some services for the layer above it,tells what layer does.It defines the layer's semantics.

2.Interfaces-tells processes above it how to access it.

3.Protocols-layer's own business.

The protocols in the OSI model are better hidden than in the TCP/IP model and can be replaced relatively easily as the technology changes.
Data Link Layer originally dealt with point-to-point networks. The committee originally expected that each country would have one network, run by govt. and using OSI protocols, so no thought was given to internetworking.
With TCP/IP the reverse was true:the protocols came first and the model was just a description of existing protocols. The only trouble was that the model did not fit any other protocol sticks.
An obvious difference between the 2 models is the number of layers:the OSI model has 7 layers and the TCP/IP has 4 layers. Both have (inter)network, transport and application layers, but other layers are different.
The OSI model supports both connectionless and connection oriented communication in the network layer. The TCP/IP model has only one mode in the network layer (connectionless)but supports both modes in the transport layer, giving the users a choice.

Gem Stones

Selection of appropriate gem stone is required for a happy and healthy life.
Gem stones may be auspicious or inauspicious. They act like vaccines in preventing diseases.Properties and compositions of precious gem stones are connected with the planets.
Gem stones have mystical and divine powers.
Corals have protective charm for children.
Ruby acts as an antidote to poison.
Yellow Sapphire expedites delayed marriages of girls.
Kidney stones cure kidney troubles.
Certain gem stones have even the power of warning us of coming disasters by changing colors.
There are certain gem stones that should never be worn together.
Gem stones cure diseases and bring happiness, prosperity.

Gems are beautiful stones with variety of colors and high density.Their lustre has been attracting people since time immemorial. These precious stones are found all around the world.
Gem stones are not only attractive, they are also useful for health, fame, prosperity. Ancient kings and princes stored gem stones to add to treasury wealth.Noble ladies wore them to adorn their bodies. They had gem stones set in their jewelry. Some ladies have been blessed with a son after wearing them.Kings got splendid victories in battles after wearing them. Some patients got rid of diseases when they wore them. All this resulted in the gem stones being auspicious and inauspicious.
Knowledge of using right gem stones at the right time is very helpful to achieve success in every day life.
According to English Dictionary the meaning of word 'Gem' has been given as-'a precious stone when cut and polished'.
Thus Gem can be called as a thing of outstanding quality, class and beauty.
The rationale of the use of gem stones is to avert evil effect of planets  that is dependent on the colors and vibrations of the planets. Our ancients found that everything in the universe is sensitive of color.Every planet rules over a gem.The color of the planet is reflected on human body through the gem and creates an effect by absorption and reflection of rays and vibrations. The gem acts as filter and produces good or evil effect.
All the planetary gem stones are highly sensitive and radioactive crystals and can filter out particular rays.Human body is a combination of chemicals, minerals and its proficiency in the body is according to cosmic rays received from planets. The same rays act differently on different individuals because of different human constitutions. It is similar to electricity that works differently on different mechanical equipments giving different effects.
What is allotted cannot be taken out easily from the shape of constitution but the allotments can be adjusted and evil influences checked by appropriate gem stones.
Energy is nothing but another form of element in wave and ray form. These rays contain all particles of chemicals. The gem stones pick up particular ray wave and transmit it into body where they are transformed into chemicals. As such body starts functioning in right way physically and mentally.
Gem stones are store house of energy that give rise to constructive vibrations against diseases.Malefic power released by the planets is negative whereas power of gem stone
is positive. When negative meet positive, their effect is neutralized.
Sun's gem is Ruby,Moon's is white Pearl,Mar's is Red Coral,of Mercury is Emerald,Jupiter's is Yellow Sapphire.
In Western countries, it is very common to wear lucky gem stones.
According to meeting of Jewellers in 1912 in Kansas City,USA,the birth stones are as follows:
Month of birth  Birth stone
Jan.          Garnet
Feb.          Amethyst
Mar.          Aquamarine
April.          Diamond
May.          Emerald
June          Pearl
July.          Ruby
Aug.          Perodot
Sep.          Sapphire
Oct.           Opal,Tourmaline
Nov.          Topaz
Dec.          Turquoise

In West, people wear gem stones according to sees of week:

Sunday - Ruby
Monday - Pearl or Opal
Tuesday - Bloodstone or Amethyst
Wednesday - Jade or Agate
Thursday -Emerald or Sapphire
Friday - Turquoise
Saturday – Onyx

Medicinal use of Gem stones

Ruby-suppresses excess of wind, bile and phlegm in the body. They give relief in and cure tuberculosis, colic pain, eye diseases, leprosy.

Pearl-It is beneficial in diseases caused by deficiency of calcium in the body.

Coral-Coral bhasma is effective and curative medicine for coughs, fever and jaundice.

White Sapphire-gives relief in vomiting.

Diamond-Diamond bhasma gives relief and cures TB,insane imaginations, diabetes, anaemia.

Opal-has curative value for fevers.

Amber-gives relief in colics.

Tourmaline-cures jaundice,fever,breathing troubles

TCP/IP model-Application Layer and other layers and Features TCP/IP

Previous

Application Layer

On top of the transport layer is the application layer. It contains all the higher level protocols. The early ones included virtual terminal (TELNET), FTP,and electronic mail(SMTP),Domain Name System (DNS),NNTP,HTTP.

Host-to-Network Layer
Here the host has to connect to n/w using some protocol so it can send IP packets to it.

Features of TCP/IP

1)File Transfer-FTP,RCP(Remote Copy)

2)Terminal Enuilation-Telnet & rlogin.

3)Transparent distributed file access and sharing-NFS(Network File System)

4)Remote command execution-rsh(remote shell) & rexec(remote execution) programs, users can run programs on remote computers and see the results on their own computer.

5)Remote Printing-unix command lpr provides remote printing services.

The Transport Layer(TCP/IP model)

Previous

The layer above the internet layer is the transport layer. It is designed to allow peer entities on source and destination hosts to carry on a conversation just as in OSI transport layer. Two end to end transport protocols have been defined here.
The first one TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) is a reliable connection oriented protocol that allows a byte stream originating on 1 machine to be delivered without error on any other machine on internet.
TCP also handle flow control to make sure a fast server cannot swamp a slow receiver.
The second protocol,UDP,(User Datagram Protocol) is an unreliable, connectionless protocol for applications that do not want TCP's sequencing or flow control and wish to provide their own.It is widely used for one shot,client-server type request-reply queries and applications in which prompt delivery is more important than accurate delivery such as transmitting speech or video.

TCP/IP Reference Model

This model used in the grandparent of all wide area computer n/ws,the ARPANET, and its successor, the worldwide Internet.
DoD did not want conversation to be broken off. DoD wanted connection to remain intact as long as source and destination were functioning. A flexible architecture was needed. The architecture later became known as TCP/IP Reference model, after its 2 primary protocols.

The Internet Layer

Packet switching n/w based on a connectionless internetwork layer. This layer called the Internet Layer.
The analogy is with the (snail) mail system. Most of them will be delivered to the correct address in the destination country.
The Internet layer defines an official packet format and Protocol called IP(Internet Protocol). The job of internet layer is to deliver IP packets where they are supposed to go.Packet routing is the major issue,as is avoiding congestion. TCP/IP internet layer is similar in functionality to OSI n/w layer.

OSI model-Session Layer,Presentation Layer,Application Layer

Previous

5)The Session Layer
This layer allows users on different machines to establish sessions between them.
Session offer various services including dialog control, token management and synchronization.

6)The Presentation Layer
This layer is concerned with the syntax and semantics of the information transmitted. The presentation layer manages these abstract data structures and allows higher level data structures (eg.banking records) to be defined and exchanged.

7)Application Layer
This layer contains a variety of protocols that are commonly needed by users. One widely used application protocol is HTTP,which is the basis for the World Wide Web.

OSI model-Network Layer,Transport Layer

Previous

Network Layer
This layer controls the operation of the subnet, how packets are routed from source to destination.
If too many packets are present, such congestion is controlled by network layer.
n/w layer allows heterogeneous n/ws to be interconnected.

Transport Layer
The basic function of the transport layer is to accept data from above, split it up into smaller units if need be,pass these to n/w layer and ensure that pieces all arrive correctly at the other end.
The transport layer is a true end-to-end layer, air the way from source to destination.
The difference between layer1 through 3,which are chained and layers4 through 7,which are end-to-end.

To be continued..

OSI model

The OSI model has 7 layers:

The Physical Layer
Physical layer is concerned with transmitting raw bits over a communication channel. The design issues here largely deal with mechanical, electrical & timing interfaces and physical transmission medium.

2.The Data Link Layer
This layer transform a raw transmission facility into a line that appears free of undetected transmission errors to the network layer. In the data link layer a fast transmitter from drowning a slow receiver in data.Frequently, this flow regulation and error handling are integrated. In the data link layer, in broadcast n/w how to control access to the shared channel. A special sublayer of the data link layer, medium Access control sublayer, deals with this problem.

Next

Reference Models

2 important n/w architectures:
The OSI reference model
& TCP/IP reference model

Although the protocols associated with the OSI model are rarely used any more, the model itself is general and still valid, and the features at each layer are still very important.
The TCP/IP model, the model itself is not of much use but the protocol are widely used.

OSI Model
OSI model is based on ISO as a first step toward international standardization of the protocols used in various layers. It deals with connecting open system-systems that are open for communication with other systems. The OSI model has 7 layers.

Hub(Networking)

Previous

Hubs/repeaters are used to connect together 2 or more Ethernet segments of Amy media type.In larger designs, signal quality begins to deteriorate as segments exceed their maximum length. Hubs provide signal amplification required to allow a segment to be extended a greater distance. A hub takes any incoming signal and repeats it out -all ports.
Ethernet hubs are necessary in star topologies as IOBaseT.A very important fact to note about hub us that they only allow users to share Ethernet.
Hubs are mandatory in IOBaseT twisted pair Ethernet as well as Token Ring n/ws.They are also used to replace the daisy chain cabling in 10Base 5 and 10Base2 coaxial Ethernets in order to improve n/w management.

Continued
In Token Rings, the hub is called a MAU(multi-station Access Unit).
There are 3 types of hubs:
Passive hub: simply combines the signals of n/w segments. There is no signal processing of regeneration.

Active hub: are like passive hub except that they have electronic components that regenerate or amplify signals.

Intelligent hub: In addition to signal regeneration, intelligent hubs perform some n/w management and intelligent path selection.

Gateways

Previous

Gateways operate at the top layers of OSI model. You select a gateway when you have to interconnect systems built on totally different communications architectures. You would use a gateway to interconnect a TCP/IP LAN to an SNA mainframe, eg.,the 2 architectures have no commonalities, so the gateway must translate the data passing between the 2 systems.
Gateway is a computer that performs protocol conversion between different types of n/ws or applications. Eg.,a gateway can convert a TCP/IP packet to a NetWare IPX packet and vice versa,or from AppleTalk to DEC net, from SNA to AppleTalk and so on.
Gateways function at layer 4 and above in OSI model.
An electronic mail,or messaging, gateway converts messages between 2 different messaging protocols.

Routers

Previous

Router is a device that forwards data packets from 1 LAN or WAN  to another. Based on routing tables and routing protocols, routers read the n/w address in each transmitted frame and make a decision on how to send it based on the mostexpidient route(traffic load, line costs, speed, bad lines etc).Routers work at layer 3 whereas bridges and switches work at layer 2.
Multiprotocol routers support several protocols as IP,IPX,AppleTalk and DECnet.
Router functions can also be implemented by adding routing s/w to a file server.NetWare,Operating System includes routing s/w.
In older Novell terminology,a router is a n/w layer bridge.Routers also used to be called gateways.

Brouter-is a router that can also bridge. If the brouter does not support the protocol of the packet it is using or cannot deliver the packet based on protocol information, it bridges the packet using the physical address.

Bridges in depth

Previous

Bridges are also called store and forward devices because they look at the whole Ethernet packet before making filtering or forwarding decisions. If the segment are same, the packet is dropped (filtered). If the segments are different then the packet is forwarded to the correct segment.
A Spanning Tree Algorithm is a software standard for describing how switches and bridges can communicate to avoid n/w loops.
We cannot use bridge to connect LANs of different type and protocols because each n/w type uses different physical addressing.

Transparent Bridge-in which the host stations are unaware of their existence in the n/w.
Ethernet uses this type of bridge ,also called as adaptive bridge.

More about Bridge..

Previous

Bridge cont'd

Bridge is a device that connects 2 LAN segments together, which may be of similar or dissimilar types, such as Ethernet and Token Ring.
A bridge is inserted into a n/w to segment it and keep traffic contained within the segments to improve performance.
Bridges learn from experience and build and maintain address tables.By monitoring which station acknowledge receipt of address, they learn which nodes belong to the segment.
Bridges work at the data link layer(MAC) whereas routers work at the n/w layer.
Bridges are protocol independent, routers are protocol dependent.
Bridges are faster than routers.Bridges with more than 2 ports perform a switching function.

Repeater,Bridge

Repeater

Repeater is a communications device that amplifies the data signal in order to extend the transmission distance. Repeaters work at layer 1 of the OSI model.

Bridges

Bridges connect 2 n/ws that use the same technology (eg. Ethernet and ARCNET).
The use of bridge increases maximum possible size of n/w.
Unlike a repeater which simply passes all signals it receives ,a bridge selectively determine the appropriate segment to which it should pass a signal. It does this by reading the address of all the signals it receives. The bridge reads the physical location of the source and destination computer from this address.

Pope Francis speaks on Climate Change

Source: The New York Times and Economic Times

Pope Francis forcefully urges action to combat climate change, criticizing the sale of "carbon credits".
Confronting the climate crisis will require a deeper, spiritual transformation of society, replacing consumption with sacrifice, greed with generosity, wastefulness with a spirit of sharing."
The central idea in all these programs-from Emission Trading System in Europe to carbon tax adopted in the Canadian province of British Columbia-is to put a price on Carbon,so that all businesses and consumers are charged for the environmental consequences of their actions.
Pope Francis agrees that "the economic resources and social costs of using up shared environmental resources" must be fully borne by those who incur them".
Pope Francis endorses the principle of "polluter pays".
For countries that rely on nuclear power, like France ,or burn very little coal, reducing green house gas emissions is enormously costly.By contrast,China can achieve reductions at a small fraction of cost.
PM of India, Narendra Modi wants to assert green credentials of India ahead of key global summit on climate change in Paris later this year. The French will be lending strong support.
Modi will co-launch a book on the urgent need for protecting the environment with French President Francois Holland's to make the point.
The aim of the 2015 Paris Climate Conference, in which 196 countries are participating, is to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate, in order to limit global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius.
Modi govt. is emphasizing India's commitment to the cause by initiatives on solar and wind power, environment friendly life style choices. It also pointed out that developed nations cannot escape their responsibility.

Network Interface Card(NIC)
It is also known as Network adapter. It is a printed circuit board that plugs into both the clients and servers and controls the exchange of data between them.
The network adapter provides service at the data link level of the n/w,which is also known as the access method (OSI layers 1 and 2).The most common n/w adapters are Ethernet and Token Ring. The Ethernet adapter ,sometimes is built into the motherboard eg.Local Talk.
A transmission medium ,interconnects all the adapters in the network.

Know about Fathers Day,why we celebrate it!

The origin of Father's Day is not clear. Some say that it began with a church service in West Virginia in 1908. Others say the first Father's Day ceremony was held in Vancouver, Washington.
The president of the Chicago branch of the Lions' Club, Harry Meek, is said to have celebrated the first Father's Day with his organization in 1915; and the day that they chose was the third Sunday in June, the closest date to Meek's own birthday!

Regardless of when the first true Father's Day occurred, the strongest promoter of the holiday was Mrs. Bruce John Dodd of Spokane, Washington. Mrs. Dodd felt that she had an outstanding father. He was a veteran of the Civil War. His wife had died young, and he had raised six children without their mother.

The United States is one of the few countries in the world that has an official day on which fathers are honored by their children. On the third Sunday in June, fathers all across the United States are given presents, treated to dinner or otherwise made to feel special. .

In 1909, Mrs. Dodd approached her own minister and others in Spokane about having a church service dedicated to fathers on June 5, her father's birthday. That date was too soon for her minister to prepare the service, so he spoke a few weeks later on June 19th. From then on, the state of Washington celebrated the third Sunday in June as Father's Day. Children made special desserts, or visited their fathers if they lived apart.

States and organizations began lobbying Congress to declare an annual Father's Day.

In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson approved of this idea, but it was not until 1924 when President Calvin Coolidge made it a national event to "establish more intimate relations between fathers and their children and to impress upon fathers the full measure of their obligations." Since then, fathers had been honored and recognized by their families throughout the country on the third Sunday in June.

When children can't visit their fathers or take them out to dinner, they send a greeting card. Traditionally, fathers prefer greeting cards that are not too sentimental. Most greeting cards are whimsical so fathers laugh when they open them. Some give heartfelt thanks for being there whenever the child needed Dad.

Wireless Networks cont'd

Previous: Wireless LANs

3)Wireless WANs
The radio n/w used for cellular telephones is an example of a low bandwidth wireless system. This system has gone through 3 generations-
1)First generation-analog & voice only
2)Second generation-digital & for voice only
3)Third generation-digital & is for both voice & data

Wireless LANs can operate at 50 Mbps.
Cellular system operate at about 1 Mbps.
Wireless internet service is often called local multipoint distribution service eg.mts
Almost all wireless n/ws hook up to the wired n/w at some point to provide access to files, databases & the internet.
Many n/ws exist in the world,often with different h/w & s/w.
The fulfillment of this desire requires that different & frequently incompatible n/ws be connected by means of machines called gateways to make the connection and provide the necessary translation, both in terms of h/w and s/w called internetwork or internet.
If the system within the gray area contains only routers it is a subnet.
If it contains both routers & hosts it is a WAN.
As an analogy, the telephone system consists of telephone switching offices connected to one another by high speed lines & to houses & business by low speed lines.
These lines and equipment, owned and managed by telephone company form the subnet of telephone system.

Wireless n/w can be divided into 3 main categories-

1)System interconnection
2)Wireless LANs
3)Wireless WANs

System interconnection
It is all about interconnecting the components of a computer using short-range radio.
Some companies got together to design a short-range wireless n/w called Bluetooth to connect these components without wires.
Bluetooth also allows digital cameras, headsets, scanners and other devices to connect to a computer by merely being brought within range.
System interconnection n/w use the master slave paradigm. The system unit is normally the master, talking to the mouse, keyboard as slaves.
The master tells the slaves what addresses to use, when they can broadcast ,how long they can transmit, what frequencies they can use etc.

Wide Area Network cont'd

Previous:WAN

The collection of communication lines and routers form the subnet. When a packet is sent from 1 router to another via 1 or more intermediate routers, the packet is received at each intermediate router in its entirety, stored until required output line is free and then forwarded.A subnet organized according to this principal is called a store and forward packet switched subnet.
When packet are small and all the same size, they are often called cells.
Packet travelling bearing number in the sequence.
Not all WANs are packet switched. A second possibility for a WAN is a satellite system.
Each router has an antenna through which it can send and receive. All routers can hear the output from satellites.

Are cold foods comfortable or hot foods during Summer?

There is a belief that hot foods eg. piping hot coffee, tea, soups are efficacious in summer because they induce perspiration which leaves the person feeling cooler. This is a myth.Taking hot foods to reduce body temperature will not only make you uncomfortable because of the heat but the sweat makes you feel worse.
Cold foods should be eaten, yes as well as no.While cold beverages and salads are comfortable in consuming, food that has been kept aside for many hours at room temperature might harbour bacteria.Food borne illnesses are an all time high in summer. The danger zone for rapid multiplication of bacteria is 4 to 60 degrees Celsius.
Spicy foods are also believed to be beneficial in beating heat.Though this is not true, spicy foods can get the gastric juices flowing and improve appetite in summer. Some Asian cuisines have spicy soups served cold-double benefit perhaps.
Summer foods need to give energy and hydration.
Load yourself with water filled varieties of fruits and vegetables. Eat plenty of gourd and leafy veggies-bottle gourd, ridge gourd, snake gourd,mint..
Enjoy melons,tomatoes,mangoes and other summer fruits.Drink coconut water,lime juice,buttermilk.
Use sprouts as they are high in moisture content.
Drink lots of water.
Avoid fatty foods eg.fries, meat as they are difficult to digest.
Caffeinated beverages and alcohol are dehydrating.

Insurance of Life,Desi Cow's milk!

Insure your Life by Desi Cow's Milk!

Desi cow milk protects us from deadly diseases, Exotic (foreign) breed of cows has genes which increase elements of disease. This has come out from the research work done by AS Trusvel of Biochemistry dept. of Human Nutrition Unit University.

There is a lot of protein in Indian Cow's Milk
Milk has Beta-Casein protein which is of a1 & a2 type.a1 protein is harmful to health, whereas a2 protein is good for health. According to AS Trusvel Indian cow breeds(Tharparker,Gangatiri,Sahiwal,Haryana etc) genes have a2.
Exotic cows(Holstein Freezon and Jersey) have a1 genes which increase risk of these diseases.According to research Holstein Freezon cow milk has a1 type 60 to 70% Beta Casein and Jersey cow milk has up to 40%.
Exotic cow breed has so much a1 type beta casein that it increases risk of diabetes many times.
a2 milk is 100% nature fresh Desi cow's milk which you may find easier to digest than regular cow's milk.

Do you experience indigestion when you have milk?
Symptoms of indigestion:
1)feeling uncomfortably full or heavy.
2)belching.
3)bringing food back up from your stomach.
4)bloating.
5)feeling sick.
6)vomiting.

For millions of people it may not be lactose intolerance, but they may be reacting to intolerance to a1 protein.

Scientific side
a1 milk releases a peptide called BCM 7(Beta Casein Morphine 7).The peptide is not broken down into amino acid making it impossible to digest and has been associated with a very large number of diseases. Thus BCM 7 is the "Devil in Milk" which is not present in desi cow's milk.

Milk in detail

1)Milk consists of about 80% of water.
2)Remaining 15% is fat, minerals, proteins and sugar lactose.
3)80% protein is Casein and 20% Whey.
4)Beta Casein is 30% of total protein content in cow milk.

Milk Nutrition
Milk is one of the richest food sources of calcium which helps build strong bones and healthy teeth.
According to the Dairy Council, a 200 ml glass of cow milk can provide over half (55%) of a child's daily calcium requirement and over one third (35%) for an adult.

Sooo.., insure life by ensuring you drink Desi cow's milk which has a2 type beta casein protein.

So well said,
Insurance of Life,Desi cow's milk!
Ensure you drink Desi cow's milk if you want to prevent diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

Wide Area Network or WAN

WAN spans a large geographical area, often a country or continent. The job of the subnet is to carry messages from host to host, just as telephone system carries words from speaker to listener.
In most wide area n/ws,the subnet consists of 2 distinct components : transmission lines & switching elements.
Transmission lines move bits between machines. They can be made of copper wire, optical fiber or even radio links.
When data arrive on an incoming line, the switching element must choose an outgoing line on which to forward them.
Switching element is also called router.
